Technologies are seemingly fast-runners. Everyone is aware of the speedy turnover of its advancement.
And we have to run with this phenomenon, educators today should become more aware and active in adopting state-of-the-art educational technology. There is this certainty that audiovisual aids in schools may not anymore applicable in this modern day. There is this certainty that our school's audiovisual aids may not even apply in this modern day computer hardware and software in today's technology advancement for the reason that we are fun of investing and not on adopting the development and advancement of the upgraded technology. As it is said " don't invest in technology hardware or system that may become a white elephant in few years time. "We need to adopt upgraded technology for greater literacy and competency as well.
Reflection:
An educator who sets a new level of learning in acquiring the appropriate use of state-of-the-art in his/her learning process will not happen to be congruent to a teacher who would claim that technology in teaching takes time and in experience. The latter one is no good to the world of teaching-learning process. There shouldn't be an existing teacher like this. Therefore, he/she is blind with the current reality.
Although applying and adopting the advancement of technology is expensive and takes more time (referring to the starter), we know that it would help us develop, enhance, equipped, improved and acquire our computer skill in assessing our learning as we adopt technology in our modern world.
Future learners have the advantage over present -day learners because educational technology will never settle for less. In the coming decades, if the future educators and learners has developed the attitude of being open-minded in adopting the speedy advancement of technology, then, this would help them to profit the easy type of performing activities both instruction and education.
But I am not going to salute those teachers who are computer literate but doesn't know on how to apply well the technology to education. They must go deep over the knowledge about computers. And after swimming deeply that they may able to apply it significantly and meaningfully in student's day-to-day experiences.

Reflection 1 - TRADITIONAL VS IT-INTRGRATED MATERIAL
In this contemporary we are now evolving the world of Science and Technology. It is raining down in our day-to-day living. And We, mortals do have to adapt and upgrade to this kind of environment that we are now trod-ding. Since it has a position in our lives.
In Education it is suggested that technology must be sinked to it, especially now.
Teachers must integrate technology to education. There, in Instructional technology, teachers find a quick help and accurate educational-media instruction. No hazzle and doesn't require more time and much effort. It helps the student to become appriaciative and equipped in this rapid technological changes where they are able to meet and to run with the current era.
There are so much advantages of IT-integrated instruction.On the contrary, there is its partner, the negative one or the disadvantages, but as I to speak about it, the latter one is not on to focus much if students and teachers were to use technology in a good manner(aware on how to protect themselves from the radiation it brings) and right attitude(techers: to apply the said instructional material fittingly and meanigfully in the teaching-learning process so that student's learnings will be retained /tatooed in their hearts and minds as it is gracefully delivered through the integration of technology ).
The only thing that destructs me about It-integrated instruction is, when a teacher is very dependent to it. It's no more good to the teaching-learning process. If dependency to technology reigns, then a teacher loses his/her creativity and innovativity. For he doesn't think of the possible circumstances, like blockout or any other problems may arise.
Though We are now more on IT-integrated teaching, we can't go away with the Traditional instructional material. A teacher must be resourceful. If IT is the best choice to use, then there must be an option ( b) that a teacher should have on his other hand. He/she must not be dependent with the option ( a).
The traditional one is not to be vanished, for it is undying in the teaching-learning process. Whatever the teacher chooses to use, these instructional-materials will not stand if the teacher doens't know on how to apply the instructional materials well.
Instructional materials is never happen to be replaceable to the TEACHER'S RULE in the teaching-learning process.

This subject made me think that it is knowing of the different Instructional technology. That, it is more on knowing about the usage of computers and other technological-instructional teaching.
It sounds to me interesting the fact that it is really the reality. That we are now walking the world of more advanced and fast technological changes.
My expectations are the following:
-That I may learn to appreciate and understand more the advantages of integrating technology to education.
- That I may able to explore the different strategies on how to sink pleasingly and meaningfully the technology to education.
- That I may able to go further from the basic computer literacy.
- That I may able to know the new, the unusual ways on how to apply technology in the teaching-learning process.
- That the teachings and learning from this subject is to be used appreciatively and equipped as I aiming to enter the world of teaching.
- That i may able to introduce myself to the new and high technology.
- That I may able to dig the difference of traditional instructional material to the IT-integrated teaching.
- That i may able to apply Technology to the teaching-learning process appropriately to the different nature of every lesson.
- That I may become conscious with the other side of technological advantages, the disadvantages.
- That I may able to run with this rapid technological changes.
And that these will be achievable by all of us, the students and the teacher. For us to become an effective and efficient teacher in the near future, one way is to engaged with this subject, the Educational Technology 2. So, help us God.
